About Me

I am a keen user of the computer and the sewing machine and I frequently climb mountains in the Lake District and not so frequently, Munros in Scotland. I love living in Keswick and I enjoy blogging about machine embroidery and quilting, but for entertainment, often post about my terrier because she is such fun. I am a member of the Embroiderers' Guild and the Quilters' Guild, and a qualified Mountain Leader. Oh yes, and I like to bake, my favourite is bread which I have made for over 30 years and I love making anything with eggs especially Pavlova.
